With 400 acres of stunning private Cotswold countryside, Farncombe Conference Centre is perfect for corporate away days and get-togethers. Our fields and woodland spanning the Cotswold escarpment provide perfect fresh air opportunities. We’ve put together a wide range of unique activities, from herding sheep into a pen, to making sushi in our own Japanese garden

 Our own-brand experiential outdoor teambuilding exercises, called Eye Openers, are also popular for enhancing training days and inspiring teamwork. For example, corporate teams love the thrills of “Kanw”, a project where they build their own canoe and testing it on the waters of Farncombe Lake.

What makes Farncombe Conference Centre unique is our flexibility for a wide range of different uses. We offer the peace and quiet of a rural venue without being remote; ours is a central UK location with free parking and none of the hassle of a city centre. 
Our 11 meeting / training rooms are arranged village-style across the Estate, providing seclusion and a feeling of community for groups who want to sleep and work in their own space
