At Cotswold Conference Centre, we aim to make a difference. That’s why we have ditched the habit of sending out hundreds of paper Christmas cards for a gift that will make some real impact. With the money, we’ve bought three Oxfam goats that will benefit communities in the developing world, producing milk to drink, fertiliser for crops and “kids” that can be taken to market. As we all know, the best things in life can’t be purchased, wrapped or posted. For us, it’s all about relationships. This year, we’ve met many new faces at our Open Breakfasts, Familiarisation Trips and Show-Rounds. Our corporate sales team, Rachael, Jilly and Kathryn, plan to hold more events in 2012 than ever before, as we know that event-bookers and trainers benefit from seeing the views and the Estate, experiencing the variety of our meeting spaces and tasting the locally-sourced food.
