FIT TO LEAD - One Day Open Event 7th October

Venue: Cotswold Conference Centre

Dates: 7th October and 12th November 2010

Time: 9.30 am until 5pm

In challenging and changing times it is becoming increasingly important for leaders to set a positive and healthy example to their staff. The reality is your team are more likely to follow your lead than do what you ask, so ‘walking your talk’ is essential.

Failure to do so could be costing you and resulting in the following:

• Loss of professional credibility
• De-motivated workforce
• Reduced productivity
• Inconsistent service delivery
• Increased staff turnover
• Escalating absenteeism

Fit To Lead is essential for any manager or leader wanting to develop healthy leadership habits for a high performing team.
