CCC went for gold and got it!
Feedback analysts, BDRC Continental, have recently announced the national VenueVerdict Awards for customer service at UK hotels and meeting venues. Cotswold Conference Centre, near Stratford-upon-Avon, has again been awarded the VenueVerdict Gold Standard for 2011, an accolade only awarded to venues delivering consistently high levels of customer service over the previous 12 month period. This is the second year in a row.
The VenueVerdict awards are determined by the scores given by meeting and event customers in post-event feedback surveys. Independently operated by BDRC Continental, the VenueVerdict programme currently includes over 200 UK conference venues and hotels, providing real-time customer feedback, trends, share-of-budget data and competitor benchmarking. The 2011 awards were determined by nearly 17,500 customer feedback surveys across the VenueVerdict membership.
