Keeping your work/life balance in check - Sign up for a free seminar in Broadway July 2010

Liggy Webb, author of ‘How to Work Wonders’, will be holding a free half day ‘Workplace Wellness’ seminar at Cotswold Conference Centre 9am-1pm on Thursday 1st July.

This half day event is aimed at HR professionals, training managers and anyone that would like to adopt a healthier approach to dealing with the challenges of juggling a busy and stressful working life whilst enjoying and appreciating leisure time with friends, family and colleagues.

The workshop covers attitude, exercise and nutrition, communication, stress management, goal setting and the environment.

Liggy runs a number of ‘Workplace Wellness’ seminars to promote a wider understanding of how a more balanced attitude benefits not just the individual but also team productivity and organisations as a whole.

Sharing this ideology, Midlands based training venue Cotswold Conference Centre (CCC) encourages organisations to take a more balanced approach to people development and offer their own “Wellbeing meetings” package that offers delegates ways to use meditation, life coaching or aromatherapy in the workplace.

Head of Sales Nick Akerman explains “Our natural Cotswold environment offers businesses a unique chance to escape the stresses of the office and take a fresher view of their activities both in and outside of work. We are delighted to work with an organisation such as The Learning Architect that share our attitude and beliefs. I hope that local businesses will take the opportunity to benefit from the July event – feedback from the previous seminar was incredibly positive”.

“Workplace Wellness” takes place at CCC on Thursday 1st July. For those travelling longer distances overnight accommodation may be available at discounted rates.
