New evening private dining options at CCC

Attached to the Dining Room, the Broadway Room is ideal for private parties up to 30 people. The various options carry a supplement in addition to the 24 hour delegate rate:-

1. Exclusive use of the Broadway Room, using the self service system of the Dining Room. Staff will clear the plates
£100 Room Hire Charge

2. Exclusive use of the Broadway Room with the meals served to the table from a selection on our Dining Room menu
£100 Room Hire Charge plus £2.00 per head

3. Exclusive use of the Broadway Room with a special menu from the following selection, if you have your own preferences, please ask and we will quote for it:-
£100 Room Hire Charge plus £5 per head

Parma Ham served with Honey and Mustard Roasted Figs
Char Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with Chunky Croutons and Parmesan Crisps
(V) Goats Cheese Terrine with Sweet Red Onion Marmalade and Ciabatta Toast

Horseradish Cured Salmon served with Lemon Oil and Chunky Brown Bread and Butter

Pan Fried Salmon Fillet served with Cotswold Asparagus Spears and Hollandaise Sauce
Confit Duck Leg served with Braised Red Cabbage, Butter Bean Puree and Rosemary Jus
