BUSINESSES RUN TOGETHER TO SUPPORT AUTISM CHARITY

Chris Catford, Assistant Manager at Cotswold Conference Centre will be cycling, running and swimming to raise funds for the National Autistic Society at the Upton Triathlon on 10th July - a British Triathlon Federation registered event. This ‘opportunity’ came about from an informal discussion with CCC client Chris Barson, the founder of the training organisation Positive About Autism™. The two Chris’s will be competing on the day. All funds raised will be used to support NAS services including Advocacy for Education service, Befriending scheme, Parent to Parent support service and help! programme.
Assistant Manager Chris Catford explains “Through the work Chris Barson has done at CCC running his successful ‘Positive About Autism’ courses many more people working in the education, health and social care services sectors are more able to work with people with autism, their family, their community and culture. The least I could do was offer to keep him company! – What a great cause…”
